2024 was nothing short of iconic for Garden. From breaking records to leveling up Bitcoin bridging, we set the stage for an even bigger 2025. Here’s a quick rewind of what went down and a sneak peek at what’s coming.

In 2024, Garden became the go-to choice for Bitcoin bridging, offering a never-before-seen combination of speed, price, and execution for users. We processed over 27,000 swaps, with 63% of our users coming back for more.
Oh, and did we mention? We also crossed $1 billion in volume. This marks more than just growth; it’s proof that Bitcoin interoperability is evolving, and Garden is at the center of that transformation.
ecosystem spotlight: Arbitrum
We spent a good part of the year boosting Bitcoin adoption in the Arbitrum ecosystem, driving $640M of BTC volume.
This was made possible through partnerships with standout projects like GMX, LFJ, PancakeSwap, iBTC, Camelot, Vertex, and DODO, as we worked together to spotlight Bitcoin’s role in DeFi on Arbitrum.
next stop: Base
For 2025, we’re focused on unlocking the BTC DeFi ecosystem on Base. With its rapid growth and commitment to pushing DeFi boundaries, Base is carving out an exciting place in the Ethereum ecosystem. Garden is bridging the gap on Base, giving BTC holders trustless access to Base’s DeFi opportunities in just 30 seconds™.
act 2 mainnet
Act 2 beta is live, featuring a fresh look, smoother experience, and support for non-likewise assets. It also brought initial support for Base, setting the stage for exciting opportunities in 2025.

staking that pays in bitcoin
Our staking program, introduced in March 2024, has been a massive success, with gardeners earning an average of 60% APY. In 2025, we’re taking it up a notch: gardeners staking SEED will earn directly in native Bitcoin, thanks to GIP-002.

We’re making Bitcoin a breeze for developers with our new SDK and API, enabling seamless native BTC integration into dApps. Over the holidays, we leveled up our docs to make getting started even easier.
